OPA197IDR for battery PSU ?

  Dear Andrea,
  
  I built the battery supply, but the last part missing is the opa197idr…which you cant buy anywhere as a private person. Completely out of stock…If you have a Farnell business account, you still can buy it there, but private people like me cant…can you help ?

  I have seen that it’s out of stock stock anywhere.
  
  Some available on eBay from China.
  
  The LT1677 is a replacement although it’s much more expensive.

  So, I can simply solder it instead of the OPA197IDR (100% pincompatible ?)…great.
  
  The OPA197 on ebay is sot23-5…and costs as a 5 pack as well 18 Euro…
