            Hi there,

            is there a reason, you are including the Soekris DAM1021 instead of the dam1121 or the dam1941 in this session?

            I found the dam1121 to be the better dac (did not hear the dam1941).

              Hi Torsten,

              the reason is that I own the Soekris DAM1021, while I don’t own the dam1121 and the dam1941.

              Unfortunately we cannot compare all the DACs, although we will try to include some other devices in the future.

              In the meantime we are working on a DSD discrete DAC.

                Hi Andrea,

                Regarding discrete DSD dacs, looks like Linn has announced a new dac that appears to use the patented “PWM Delta-Sigma” type modulator like Bruno Putzeys used for the Mola Mola dac. What they also say seems to suggest they are using a discrete FIRDAC for conversion to analog.
